Bushiroads are proud to announce that starting in June, we will begin hosting Weiss Schwarz Tournaments in the US!

What is Weiss Schwarz you ask? Weiss Schwarz is one of the leading trading card games created by Bushiroad with contents from Japanese Anime and Video Game Licenses. Popular amongst other trading card games in Japan, Weiss Schwarz allows players to compete against one another with decks created using their favorite characters, combined with intuitive game mechanics.

The format for Weiss Schwarz Monthly Tournaments will be “Neo-Standard.” In “Neo-Standard,” players pick 1 title to build a deck around and compete against other players in a title vs title match. For the monthly tournaments, all English and Japanese Editions of Weiss Schwarz will be legal to compete with. There will be tournament support similar to Cardfight!! Vanguard in the form of exclusive promo cards.

The next Yugioh Sneak Peek is right around the corner. Details and dates are below we will no longer be doing any pre-registration. It will be on a first come first serve. It will once again be on both days.

The Guild Prerelease packs at the Dragon’s Maze Prerelease are going to be a bit different than those you used at the Return to Ravnica and Gatecrash Prereleases. Inside they will have:

One Return to Ravnica Guild Booster Pack
Four Dragon’s Maze Booster Packs
One Gatecrash Guild Booster Pack

For this event, players may use the promo card included with the Guild Prerelease Pack in their tournament deck.

Dragon Duel Tournament (Will start at aprox 12:00 PM)

Format – Advanced Format Constructed – Swiss Rounds based on number of players.
Requirements – Only players ages 12 and under may enter this event.

Win – A – Mat Tournaments (Will start at aprox 2:00 Pm & 4:00 PM)
Fee – $12 USD
Format – Advanced Format Constructed – Single Elimination
Prizes – All players that enter will receive 3 booster packs for participating
Winner receives their choice from Available Playmats.

Misc. – Each player is required to bring the necessary tools to participate in this event (pens, paper, counters, etc.) as we can not guarantee that they will be provided by the venue.
